Payroll Features

  1. Computation of Gross Pay and Net Pay
    Employees' gross and net pay are calculated according to the company's rules and policies, which include salary adjustments, loans to be deducted, commissions to be paid, one-time salary payments or deductions, and other special instructions. Supports various rates and payment modes.
  2. Government Mandated Contributions
    Synlink Payroll Expert calculates government required contributions such as SSS, HDMF, and Philhealth.
  3. Online Approval
    Prior to the end of the payroll period, the client can approve the payroll run online. This gives the client the control over the payroll run.
  4. Last Pay Computation
    Employees who were terminated/resigned will have their last pay calculated in accordance with the client's instructions.
  5. 13th Month Pay and Other Bonus Pay
    Our service includes calculating the 13th month's pay. You can also request processing from the 14th to the nth month.
  1. Government Forms and Alphalist.
    All government forms are completed and ready for submission to government agencies. These forms include BIR Forms 1601-C, 2316, 1604CF, and Alphalist, SSS Forms R-1A, R-3, and R-5, HDMF Form M1-1, and Philhealth Forms ER-2, ME-5, and RF-1.

  2. Reporting and Pay slips
    All company reports are available to the client. As new reports are created, they are made available automatically. Customizable pay slips available online.
  3. Data Security
    User Access Level can be defined per payroll code. User passwords are encrypted. Audit Trail Report to track all the changes (Employee Masterfile and Loans).
  4. Use of Employee Self Service
    The client can use the Employee Self Service where the employees can apply for leaves such as overtime, expense reimbursements, and timesheets online.
  5. Use of Secured Payroll software
    Employee records are maintained in HRIS platform.
